Have you ever wondered how to make a runway style your own? We have, too, and who better to tell us than a runway model! Beauty blogger Heather Fujikawa (www.italian-confetti.com), who’s also a True Birds designer (www.truebirds.com), spoke to 23-year-old Susan Storck (at left) during Milan Fashion Week—among other things, the model’s been the opener for Giorgio Armani.
Susan’s current ‘do is a cropped style that’s daring and on-trend. While most runway looks are far more intricate than hers, we love its sleek, polished feel.
The Brazilian model recommends it because “short hair shows more of your face and it brings out your best features, since there’s less distraction”. She suggests borrowing what you like most from runway trends, then tweaking them with your own touches that show off your personality.
Get Susan’s Look:
Step 1: Create a dramatic part just above the end of the eyebrow.
Step 2: Slickdown hair with gel; Susan likes L’Oreal Professionnel Strong Hold Gel.
