Charlize Theron, the stunning evil queen of “Snow White and the Huntsman,” and kick-ass leader of the mission aboard “Prometheus,” looked incredibly elegant at this year’s MTV Awards. “At times, a simple look is so powerful” celebrity hairstylist Enzo Anglieri tells us. “But when you go simple, you need to have hair that looks gorgeous—luxurious, silky, and shiny,” Anglieri warns. Luckily, Anglieri has let us in on the secret of how he created Theron’s oh-so-covetous luminous waves! And with just three simple steps, it is easy enough for us to re-create ourselves (spoiler: he used just three Moroccanoil products)!

1. Apply Moroccanoil Light and a dab of Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream. For all of us fine haired and fine colored gals out there, Moroccanoil has lightened up its original formula– Moroccanoil Light better provides those of us who are not blessed with thick luscious locks with that glossy-but-natural shine. The Hydrating Styling Cream combats frizz and adds definition. These two products, Anglieri tells us, gave Theron’s hair that “incredible luster.”

2. Blowdry. Anglieri’s secret: use two round brushes. Use a medium round brush for the hair up by the roots (“for more grip” Anglieri reveals), and a larger round brush for the hair by the ends.

3. Apply Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Strong. When your hair is almost dry, still using your medium brush, apply this lightweight, lasting hairspray to the hair up by your roots. Anglieri tells us this will “hold the style from underneath to make it look even more natural.”
